Drai’s Beachclub • Nightclub atop The Cromwell in Las Vegas. The Weeknd headlined the iHeart Radio Music Festival, but all the buzz is about his sold out rooftop show last night at Drai’s – the only place in town to see him perform regularly.
The club was at capacity virtually all night long in anticipation for The Weeknd’s full-length Drai’s LIVE concert. The residency has been gaining momentum all year long as The Weeknd continues to grow into his live shows at Drai’s – the only place he calls home in Las Vegas.
Fans screamed the moment the lights dimmed as The Weeknd took to the stage. Plowing through hit after hit, the concert included a captivating rendition of Beyoncé’s “Drunk in Love,” as well as some of The Weeknd’s most recognizable songs and fan favorites including “The Hills,” “Often,” “Earned It,” and his latest smash single, “Can’t Feel My Face,” which he debuted live for the first time ever at Drai’s earlier this year. Backed by a live band, the concert lasted well over an hour and kept the energy in the club at an all-time-high.
The Weeknd’s fans were treated to an up-close concert last night at Drai’s before he performs for a sold-out arena tonight. Drai’s is the only place in Las Vegas to see artists like The Weeknd in such an up close and vibrant atmosphere.
