The space

The villa’s refinement is set off by the views of rugged, unspoiled Benedict Canyon from its private lot. Take in the panorama from outdoor living areas with an infinity pool, hot tub, fireplace, barbecue and bar, while the fountain trickles in the background. There are al-fresco living, dining and kitchen areas to complement the indoor ones. And inside, the villa has a home theater, wine bar and cellar, games room, and sauna.

The stone-paved motor court, formal gardens and wrought-iron gates outside Villa Grande Bellezza set the tone for its beautifully appointed interiors. The living and dining areas and fully equipped kitchen have incredible architectural detail, from paneled walls and dentil molding to fireplaces, columns and French doors. Classic pieces like roll-arm sofas, turned-leg tables and ornate chandeliers add to the traditional ambience, but the L.A. sunshine flooding the rooms keeps them feeling bright and fresh.

Six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, can accommodate up to twelve guests in modern luxury. The master bedroom rivals any honeymoon suite with its king bed, sitting area with fireplace, and balcony overlooking the canyon. The other five bedrooms have queen beds and the same architectural consideration and fine finishes as the rest of this gorgeous house.
