"Loco", produced by TeeJay, is the first single from LA-based label Nice Life's upcoming playlist WINTER ’18, out on  Dec. 8th, featuring label artists and friends. A new track from Pussy Riot will soon follow at the beginning on November. Spotify HERE or on Soundcloud HERE.

"I hit up Yung Jake to come by Elysian after I heard his song “Look”. I was floored to find out he majored in painting at CalArts. When he showed me the visual works he would be debuting at an upcoming gallery show and first few of his now famous Emoji portraits I knew we had to collaborate. Nice Life is a community of like-minded artists, producers, songwriters and musicians founded by artist and producer Ricky Reed in 2016. Housed in Reed’s Echo Park studio dubbed “Elysian Park”, Nice Life shines a spotlight on unique and subversive voices in today’s cultural conversation.

Nice Life, partnered with Atlantic Records, has signed and developed the powerhouse and soon-to-be household name Lizzo, as well as up-and-coming producer/artist Imad Royal. Nice Life also teamed up with Big Deal Music and Dave Sitek’s Federal Prism label to release Pussy Riot’s EP “xxx”.

While aiming to stoke a worldwide conversation, Nice Life remains dedicated to its role as a local business on L.A.’s East side and gives attention to both local artists and members of the greater community of friends surrounding Reed’s work as a producer and songwriter. The first in a series of playlists, “WINTER ’18” contains tracks from a variety of different perspectives and backgrounds.
