Fashion Designers Collaborate with Artists to Release Portrait Denim Jacket Collection

Claudia and Flavia Giardinella, are making waves in the fashion industry with their ready-to-wear and accessories collection, artTECA, which features limited edition artwork by contemporary artists. 

Designed and manufactured in Miami, these two sisters have a strong focus on their community and hope to raise awareness to women’s rights and social change.

Their latest collection partners with Colombian artist, Carolina Gómez, and integrates her portrait designs featuring iconic women like Marilyn Monroe, Sofia Loren, and Audrey Hepburn into a cropped denim jacket silhouette.

In addition to raising awareness for the women’s movement, artTECA is committed to giving back to their local Miami community. A percentage of sales from every jacket sold will support the Lotus House Women's Shelter in Miami, which focuses on uplifting women, youth and children experiencing homelessness in their community.
