Following an exclusive Zane Lowe Beats 1 premiere, Nigerian-Canadian musician TOBi kicks off the new year with new single, “City Blues," accompanied with a music video premiered exclusively PAPER. Conceptually, the song is inspired by Marvin Gaye’s “Inner City Blues,” painting a vivid image of harsh realities in the world. The Free n Lost-produced track has also caught the attention of Jamie Foxx and will be featured on TOBi’s forthcoming debut studio album due out later this year.
