Ahead of tonight’s Valentine’s Day tour klck-off in Chicago, Donna Missa surprised fans today with the release of a very personal new song, “Get Well.” Written by Donna and her two younger sisters Catherine and Kelley Missal, Donna explains the inspiration behind this moving new track.“Today can feel isolating for anyone who isn’t in a relationship or at least in a “happy” one. I wanted to put this out today to remind anybody that needs to hear: It’s ok to be alone. Respect yourself enough to get out of something toxic. You can leave if you think you should even if there’s love there. Also a reminder that Valentine’s Day is a fraudulent holiday made up by somebody to sell you shit.”
Tonight, Donna Missal starts her highly anticipated THIS TIME tour in Chicago. The 20-date prom-themed tour is will take Donna all across North America, making stops in St. Louis, New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, DC, Atlanta, Nashville, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles and more before concluding in San Diego on March 30.
