BISHOP BRIGGS RELEASES HIGHLY-ANTICIPATED SOPHOMORE ALBUM "CHAMPION"

+ PERFORMING JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE! NOVEMBER 26^TH

Bishop Briggs, who has amassed nearly 2 billion global streams, has released her highly-anticipated sophomore album, CHAMPION, via Island Records. The album follows the summer release of her single “CHAMPION” (which has garnered over 18 million streams to date and had its TV debut on The Late Late Show With James Corden) and includes “TATTOOED ON MY HEART,” “JEKYLL & HIDE,” “SOMEONE ELSE,” and brand new track “CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?” released a few days ago with an accompanying visualizer. Previously released tracks have already received acclaim from the likes of TIME, Billboard, NYLON, Alt Press, MTV, Consequence of Sound, and more. Bishop is currently on her North American tour which wraps November 17th and will be followed by her European headline tour kicking off on December 7th.

“I truly feel like this is the most vulnerable music I’ve ever written. I decided to not hide behind my own metaphors and poetry and however difficult it was to write, I told the truth. I wrote this in the midst of a breakup and I truly felt so alone. In hindsight, I think I wrote the album that I needed to hear at that time. So, my hope is that it does the same for you. I hope this album can be the hand that wipes the tears from your cheeks, the shiver down your spine when you feel like yourself again and the lightness in your spirit when you have closure…even if its just for a fleeting moment."
