Manifesto's 15th anniversary festival features Savannah Ré, Notifi, Cool & Dre and 4Korners

- Manifesto's festival of music, arts and culture celebrates its 15th anniversary in a major way, with a live music concert at CityView (20 Polson Street, Toronto) on September 11th that features a slew of celebrated Canadian talents, including co-headliners; 2021 JUNO Award winner and R&B savant Savannah Ré, and singer Notifi, who's infectious and unique blend of rap, dark pop and R&B has captured the imagination of global listeners. This special evening of live music, hosted by TV broadcaster Tyrone Edwards, also features buzzing local Toronto area talents Charmaine, Baebe Ruth, JAHKOY and others.

Manifesto will also be hosting a free 2-day Summit (Sept. 9-10th) with panel discussions featuring celebrated Miami-based production & songwriting duo Cool & Dre (Lil Wayne, Jay Z & Beyonce, DJ Khaled), iconic American photographer Ernie Paniccioli, Donisha Prendergast, the granddaughter of the late great reggae legend Bob Marley, and conversations involving dub poet and activist d'bi young, rapper Raz Fresco, producers 2oolman (The Halluci Nation) and Akeel Henry, influencers Sashagai Ruddock and Jalen Nelson, music artists Friyie and Sydanie, Stolen from Africa's Logik and Marlon "ThatdudeMCFLY" Palmer. 

Cool & Dre 

This year's festival also sees Manifesto partnering up with an impressive array of leading Toronto arts and culture organizations who programmed and curated their own artistic output, including  Indigeneyez, Honey Jam, The UnObscured, RISE, Afrowave, Cranium, Artscape Weston, Open Gallery, 126, and Stolen From Africa. Also, wrapping up this year's festival will be the Manifesto 15 after-party that features leading local DJ's 4Korners, Killa Kels, Unimerce, and Kappamezu spinning sizzling sets.
