One ton of cocaine found hidden in cat litter in Brazil

During the search, agents observed bales hidden among the cargo and police dogs from the Military Police of Minas Gerais detected a total of 1,140 kilograms of cocaine, the Brazilian government said in a statement. The drug could have reached a price of 205 million reais (about 40.46 million euros). The truck driver, when questioned about this shipment, said he would not make any statements. The operation was carried out thanks to the work of the Intelligence area of the Federal Transit Police. This is the largest cocaine shipment found in Minas Gerais so far this year.
