Raleigh, NC MC Madison Jay promised to deliver fans new freestyles every Sunday in April leading up to his new album, so for Week 2 we get the “Carolina’s Finest Freestyle”.

The County Kid keeps his “Trapped In The 90’s” vibes going by tackling the classic Jay-Z ‘Rhyme No More’ instrumental produced by DJ Premier in which Madison asserts himself as THE MC in Carolina.
