Luke Combs Invites AJ Dillon to Rip Cards in Green Bay for Charity
Combs’ “Packs with Purpose” livestream raised funds for the Dillon Family Foundation and the Families of Children with Cancer Foundation
Carolina Panthers running back and former Green Bay Packers player AJ Dillon joined country music star Luke Combs tonight on his “Packs with Purpose” initiative in Green Bay, teaming up with to raise funds for local charities. Hosted at the U.S. Venture Center next to Lambeau Field, the livestream event featured Combs and Dillon opening and auctioning hundreds of trading cards live on Fanatics Collect.
Beginning at 7 p.m. CT, fans tuned in from across the country to watch Combs and Dillon rip open packs of sports and entertainment trading cards while viewers bid live on cards pulled during the stream. Proceeds from the event benefited two Northeast Wisconsin charities—Dillon’s foundation, the Dillon Family Foundation, and the Families of Children with Cancer Foundation.
Dillon and Combs, both avid trading card enthusiasts, each have Instagram accounts dedicated to the hobby: @dillons.deals and @combscards. Throughout the livestream, Dillon and Combs interacted with viewers, reacted to major card pulls and encouraged fans to support the causes behind the event.
“Packs with Purpose” is Combs’ ongoing initiative to use his passion for the hobby to give back at the majority of stops on his 2026 My Kinda Saturday Night stadium tour. At each city, Combs goes live with local card shops, ripping packs and selling the cards with proceeds benefiting local charities. For his Green Bay shows, Combs chose to elevate the format by teaming up with Dillon, a beloved figure in the Green Bay community whose foundation addresses food insecurity in Northeast Wisconsin.
