@Rihanna Stops in Toronto

Chart-topping pop star Rhinna is touching down in Toronto on Thursday for the second stop of her "Whirlwind 777 Tour".

Rihanna arrived in Toronto early Thursday morning for her Canadian show, slated for the Danforth Music Hall. A relatively intimate space, it can accomodate up to approximately 1400 fans - much smaller than arena shows the singer typically plays.

The Barbadian-born, U.S.-based performer announced the one-week international jaunt ealier this fall.

The fast-paced tour has the Grammy winner playing seven concerts in seven countries in seven days, with each venue announced the day of the gig. She is jetting between stops acompanied by dozens of journalist and contest winners.

Her fans in Mexico City were treated to the tour's first show at Plaza Condesa on Wednesday evening, with the singer performing past hits such as Umbrella, What's My Name and We Found Love as well as her newest track. Diamonds.
