Coinciding with International Women’s Day 2018, adidas Originals steps forward with a women’s exclusive footwear release for two of the most progressive silhouettes from the brand’s iconic EQT series.

For this special release, the EQT Support ADV and EQT Racing ADV are presented in pinnacle form, combining forward-thinking, progressive technical elements with the enduring original colorway of the adidas Equipment series to create a proud and pure tribute to the achievements of women around the world.

First up, the EQT Support ADV assumes a classic form, featuring a textured knit construction with contrast stretch-mesh panels around the heel, structured by the shoe’s essential welded overlays, molded TPU heel support and essential integrated 3-stripes lacings system. This is then placed atop the shoe’s original midsole tooling with 3-stripes details, finished with EQT-branded details on the tongue and lacelock.

Likewise, the EQT Racing ADV receives a premium treatment, constructed from textured knit and stretch-mesh across the upper. The shoe’s heel support is instead rendered in a puffy neoprene textile, while the original EQT Racing model’s distinctive loop lacing system is elevated by EQT Green embroidered details, continued onto the shoe’s upper. This then rounded off with the EQT midsole tooling, complete with speckled 3-stripes details. Both models are then finished with exclusive commemorative sockliners and lace jewels to mark the occasion.

Releasing in Core Black/White/EQT Green colorways worldwide on March 8^th, International Women’s Day 2018, the release culminates as a softly-spoken tribute to the accomplishments of women in all fields, using adidas’ most notoriously uncompromising series as its canvas.
