LA LA ANTHONY Throws Annual Holiday Charity Event With Celebrity Friends

Actress, #1 New York Times best-selling author and fashion
mogul La La Anthony hosted her 3rd annual “Winter
Wonderland” charity benefiting young people from GIRLS, Inc of
NYC and the Police Athletic League (P.A.L.) of NYC, on Monday,
December 17th from 4:30-7:30PM at The Gauchos Gym, 478 Gerard
Avenue, in The Bronx, NY.

The event was hosted by Wild N’ Out’s Vena E. (@yesimprettyve) and Love and Hip Hop’s Paris
Philipps (@whoisparisphillips). In addition, some of La La’s good
friends from music and entertainment including The Breakfast Club’s Charlamagne
Tha God, Carmelo Anthony, Shiggy, Dream
Doll, DJ Self, Bernice Burgos, 2Milly, and more made
guest appearances while Eat Clean Bro will be with preparing
and serving nourishing food to the kids. The night also included a tribute
to Lesandro "Junior" Guzman-Feliz, the teen who was slain
earlier this year in The Bronx, and his sister Genesis Collado-Feliz who
was in attendance. La La was also presented a Citation of Merit
from Bronx Bureau President Ruben Diaz Jr. for her philanthropic work
in the Bronx.
Girls Inc. of NYC is a unique non-profit founded
to educate serve young women ages 6-18 years old from diverse, ethnic, racial,
and social-economic backgrounds. This special organization gives girls the
confidence and skills necessary to succeed in college, in their careers, and in
their communities. The Police Athletic League (or PAL) of NYC,
together with NYPD and the law enforcement community, supports and inspires New
York City youths to realize their full individual potential as productive
members of society.

firm believer in the mission of Girls, Inc. of NYC and PAL of
NYC,” says La La Anthony. “Their objectives are to develop
a community of self-confident and innovative young people, empowering them to
be tomorrow's leaders, particularly in the fields of math, science, engineering
and technology.”
