UNSIGNED ONLY

Unsigned Only is open to all artists (including solo artists, bands, and singers) who are unsigned to a major record label (indie label artists are eligible). Unsigned Only accepts all styles and genres of music and the goal is to give artists more exposure, recognition, and validation for their artistry. Judges this year include Aimee Mann, Daughtry, Ryan Adams, LoCash, Black Francis (The Pixies), Darryl McDaniels (Run DMC), Linda Perry, Robert Smith (The Cure), NLE Choppa, and more. Additional judges include music journalists, talent buyers, artist managers, licensing executives, and many more.

JUDGES

Winners share in over $150,000 in cash, prizes, recognition, and more. The Grand Prize winner takes home $20,000 in cash (plus other prizes), and receives one-on-one mentoring with top label execs. Notable past winners include three-time Grammy nominee Ingrid Andress (Warner Nashville) and Faouzia (Atlantic) who recently released a duet with John Legend. Many other winners have secured licensing deals, publishing deals, better gigs, and more recognition after winning the competition.
