On Sunday, February 14th Toronto-based milliner Jay Cheng showcased her latest and most fashionable hats in concert with the couture brand RVNG at New York Fashion Week. The milliner who has previously produced a wide range of costumes, wardrobe, and fashion shows for film, TV, and live performances, hit the New York City virtual runway this season. The collection showcased whimsical and quirky pieces that will jazz up any look. Cheng’s fanciful work has become a favourite among event-goers and those planning special occasions. Her goal is to create hats that elevate, reveal and amplify your outfit.
