💥TANK MAKES HISTORY WITH 12TH #1 - "YES" TOPS BILLBOARD AND MEDIABASE ADULT R&B AIRPLAY CHARTS 💥

Tank is making history again. His single "Yes" has reached #1 on Billboard's Adult R&B Airplay chart and Mediabase's Adult R&B Airplay chart, marking his 12th career chart-topper. With this milestone, Tank surpasses Charlie Wilson as the male artist with the most #1s in the chart's history. Only Alicia Keys, with 14, has more.

"Yes," which interpolates Floetry's beloved "Say Yes," is the latest single from Tank's new album EXPERIENCE, out now via R&B Money/BMG. The chart topper caps a landmark year that already includes his 11th #1 with "Control," a viral Verzuz moment, his Broadway debut in Alicia Keys' Hell's Kitchen, and a starring role on television.

On screen, Tank stars as series regular Eric Cropper in Season 4 of Hulu's hit drama Reasonable Doubt, which premiered October 6 on Hulu and Disney+ as Hulu's #1 show. The press has taken notice of his turn as the charming, calculating music mogul at the center of the season's biggest case.

What the press is saying:

"Durrell 'Tank' Babbs as Eric Cropper delivers a layered performance, shifting from desperate husband to morally ambiguous businessman, keeping the audience guessing about his true motives." (Snooper-Scope)

"Viewers judged him on presence, and most liked what they saw." (Hip-HopVibe)

"Tank Gets Ruthless as Eric Cropper," spotlighting "an explosive confrontation where corporate greed, personal history, and sheer power dynamics collide." (The Quintessential Gentleman)

What the fans are saying:

The Shade Room put its spotlight on Eric Cropper with a "TSR Investigates" special on the new season, drawing more than a thousand comments. On Threads, @the_kase admitted she was "overly impressed," saying Tank "stole the show," while @indeskribeabull called his portrayal "compelling and well-executed." On Facebook, one fan simply declared him "a great actor."

Tank is currently on the road with Usher and Chris Brown on The R&B Tour: Raymond and Brown, and this holiday season he stars opposite Fantasia as the leads in Tyler Perry's The Gospel of Christmas on Netflix.
