The most important thing about a love song is that it teleports you to a moment, story, or scenario that applies to them. It’s all about the listener – that's the power of music.
There seems to be an underlying theme of darkness throughout “Something to Lose” and most of my yet-to-be-released new record. I've enjoyed bringing out other characters that live within my spirit.
