Based on its versatile King Power chronograph, the special series took on the characteristics directly from Formula 1′s racing pit. In 18K King Gold, a HUBLOT exclusive alloy formulation of gold, copper, and platinum, the Formula 1 King Power Great Britain Chronograph features a carbon fiber & ceramic bezel which mimics the styling of a high performance brake disc. The racing theme continues onto the “Start” and “Reset” buttons on the side, along with F1 logo transfer on the dial face. A crystal case-back highlights the intricate details going into the watch such as the tungsten carbide oscillating weight and few of the 27 jewels that went into the HUB4100 automatic movement.
