Levi's® Garment Milled Carded Wool Check Jacket

Every season Junya Watanabe collaborates with work wear originators Levi's®, to produce a unique capsule of garments; for F/W 2013 the classic trucker jacket silhouette is utilized. Featured in herringbone carded wool with a subtle plaid pattern, the jacket gives off a unique aesthetic while remaining understated. Traditional Levi's® elements are retained in dual chest pockets, branded buttons and classic red label. As expected Junya Watanabe adds avant garde elements in the use of a supple cupra fabric to line the interior, and finishing the piece with twill collar and leather elbow patch detailing. The overall execution results in a garment that treads both classic and modern influences equally.
