This past weekend, the Templar Hotel, rated
as one of Toronto's top business hotels and winner of an IDS award, was
found hosting many of Hollywood's most famous celebrities in town for
the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
Appropriately predicted to host some of
"TIFF's biggest parties of 2014" by BizBash, the Templar Hotel hosted
many star-studded events, and attracted many faces of Hollywood's top
talent.
To date, Jennifer Aniston, Al Pacino,
Jake Gyllenhall, James Franco, Channing Tatum, Scott Haze, Wayne
Gretzky, Morgan Freeman, Sandra Oh and Michael Douglas have all been
spotted in the boutique luxury hotel.

TIFF insider's report that James Franco and
Scott Haze hosted the premiere party for their new movie The Sound and
the Fury at the Templar Hotel this past Saturday; along with Wayne &
Janet Gretzky. A newly bald James Franco was spotted dawning a suit,
tie and toque on the red carpet on his way into the party, which was
well attended by a who's who of Toronto's socialites and scenesters,
including celebrity stylist Jie Matar & fashion blogger Jay Strut,
Luxury event planners Candice Chan and Alison Slaight, F-Word's Tamara
Duarte, and Misheal Morgan from the Young and the Restless.
Stars from the hit film The Avengers,
assembled in this luxury hotspot, with the Templar Hotel hosting Captain
America (Chris Evans), Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) and the Incredible
Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) for their respective new films. Stars like James
Franco, Scott Haze, Greta Gerwig & Al Pacino were seen enjoying
personalized lunches and dinners from the Templar Hotel's highly rated
Monk's Kitchen, expertly prepared by Executive Chef Roberto Faccioni.
Other celebrities spotted include:
Salma Hayek, Kevin Costner & Richard Gere, who was sporting a full
head of white hair and was joking with fans while signing autographs.
With so many Hollywood stars coming in and
out of "Toronto's secret hotel", the Templar Hotel and now-famous Monk
Kitchen and cocktail bar may not remain so secret.
