MINUS-8 has launched!‏ / @minus8watch

MINUS-8 watches are designed to be raw and crafted machine. They possess a certain masculinity and machine-like aesthetic. One of the watches,  Layer 24  is constructed of individual PVD-coated stainless steel discs stacked on top of each other and tightly sealed for waterproof capabilities. This process is not only unique to Layer 24; it also has never been done before (featured below). 

The MINUS-8 watch collection recently won a 2014 International Design Excellence Award from IDSA and sponsors, Fast Company, Core77, Design Bureau and Curve .
