It’s no secret that we at Bon Appétit are fans of rapper Rick Ross. So when we heard that along with a new album, Hood Billionaire, Ross was debuting a slimmer, trimmer figure along with a newfound love of pears, we had to reminisce about old times and see what he has cooking up. 

They invited Ross to the BA offices to talk with Alison Roman, about his healthier eating habits, how to prepare branzino, and why he’s still a “fat boy forever.”
