Wiz Khalifa and Taylor Gang's #SXSWTakeover Friday, March 20th

DNES MARKETING is proud to announce the return of the #SXSWTAKEOVER, which, in 2015, will mark its seventh run as one of the most anticipated events of the SXSW Music Week. The elite strategic branding firm is also excited to bring Wiz Khalifa and the Taylor Gang back for the second year as headliners for what promises to be one of the festivals biggest stages: the TGOD Takeover, set to take place on March 20, 2015 at ACL Live (310 Willie Nelson Boulevard, 2nd Street District).

Comprised of label head Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J, Ty Dolla Sign, Chevy Woods, Tuki Carter, Berner, Courtney Noelle, and J.R. Donato, Taylor Gang packed with enough variety and talent to offer an amazing, high energy show on it's own. But the TGOD Takeover lineup will find the crew performing alongside a diverse group of artists that span the gamut of Hip-Hop tastes and eras: multi-platinum producer Mike Will Made It with the fresh new talent of his Ear Drummers imprint (including fan favorites Rae Sremmurd and TWO-9); WuTang's own Ghostface Killah performing with experimental Canadian trio BADBADNOTGOOD; SXSW alum Smoke DZA and buzzworthy newcomers Dej Loaf, Phny PPL, Father, Bekele and Manolo Rose.

In 2014, Wiz Khalifa and Taylor Gang drew of a line of thousands of fans that waited several hours for a chance to attend the #SXSWTAKEOVER opening night, JMBLAY. The lucky hundreds who made it into Austin Music Hall that night were treated to a non-stop party, featuring performances by Vic Mensa, Mack Wilds, Tory Lanez, G-Eazy, IAMSU! and an hour-long set by world-renowned DJ Steve Aoki, cake-throwing and all. The 2015 #SXSWTakeover is certain to continue the tradition started in previous years with headliners J. Cole, Wiz Khalifa, and Action Bronson. In addition to the showcases, DNES will also host a panel called Sports in Music with the company's founder, Domingo Neris, Shady Records Co-founder, Paul Rosenberg, Wiz Khalifa, and recording artist Trevor Andrew.
