#BeatsPresents Ty Dolla $ign's #FreeTCListening Event 

Last Thursday night, Beats By Dr. Dre presented Ty Dolla $ign's Free TC listening event at SBE's posh West Hollywood lounge, HYDE. The event included a premium open bar along with with mouthwatering album-themed cocktails such as the "Free TC" and the "Blasé." Delectable hors d'oeuvres also circled the room comprising of lobster rolls, truffle fries, Kobe beef sliders, and more.

DJ Sean G set the mood for the night with an array of music including the hit singles that brought Ty to this point in his career like "Toot It and Boot It" and "Or Nah." Celebrity guests including Wiz Khalifa, Mila J., T.I. & Tiny, Sevyn Streeter, Joe Moses, Melody Thornton, Chevyand Ricky P (TGOD), Khalil, actorLeon Thomas, radio personalitiesDevi Dev and Fuzzy all came out to support Ty and praise the album. 

As the room filled up with Ty's musical family including his sister, AngelGold, an emerging artist, and industry figures eager to hear the album, #BeatsPresents brought the attention to the front of the room with a one-on-one Q&A with BBD exec and notable journalist, Carl Cherry. Ty Dolla $ign discussed his inspiration for the album and how the unique collaborations came about. 

The Q&A ended with a heart-felt recorded message from his incarcerated brother, TC, that struck a chord with everyone in attendance.
