Baltimore's rap savior, Tate Kobang, dropped his debut mixtape since signing with 300 Entertainment, titled Since We're Here. With production from Nitti Beatz to Chuck Inglish, Tate shows off his range riding every beat with ease. As we saw with "Bank Rolls Remix" (1.9M views on YouTube) and "Oh My" (545K streams on Soundcloud), it's nothing for Tate to make dance records, but with this project, he offers so much more.
