While prepping for her show-stopping festival performance, Lady Gaga relaxed in an epic $12 Million - 9,500 square-foot estate that featured 360-degree mountain views, 7 bedroom suites, 5 large bathrooms and a state-of-the-art fitness center complete with an al fresco kitchen that overlooked a spa, a resort-inspired pool and three fire pits.
KENDRICK LAMAR
Following the release of his fourth studio album and headlining Sunday night of one of the largest festivals in music, Kendrick Lamar took a break to unwind in a luxurious $10 Million estate courtesy of Airbnb. Located in the most desirable section of Rancho Mirage, with over 7,000 square feet of living space and 6 spacious bedrooms, the extravagant villa was the ultimate playground to the award winning artist and his guests. The modern palace features floor to ceiling glass windows that overlook breathtaking views and feature a sunken tennis court and a large resort style saltwater pool.
                       
In order to deliver their epic performances, they needed to have the perfect homes to relax and refuel.
Building
this estate was a four-year labor of love. The goal was to create a
grand resort-style compound that rendered itself the ultimate
entertainment home while seamlessly combining the indoor and outdoor
spaces.
Sitting on 1.23 acres in The Renaissance at Clancy Lane, the 9,500 square foot home boasts picturesque, 360-degree mountain views. The outdoor space, a main attraction of the property, features two formal living rooms, a formal dining room, a charming dining gazebo, a spa, and three fire pits that surround a resort-size swimming pool embellished with custom floral designs imported from Italy. Inside French doors give way to a fully enclosed atrium in the center of the house. Every ceiling is coffered, finished with crown molding, and hand painted with its own special details. The spacious gourmet kitchen ('every chef's dream') features ample counter space and the finest stainless steel appliances.
Note: There are 7 beds, and a pull out couch that sleeps 2. There are 5 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms.
We love to travel but love our home more! So we only rent our magnificent home for about 2 months out of the year!

The neighbourhood

minute drive to The River, 7 minutes to all the world-class restaurants
and shops on El Paseo, and minutes to many golf courses! We are located
in Rancho Mirage which is located about half way between Palm Springs
and La Quinta.
