'Rap Life'
Solo Lucci is so high, he defies gravity -- at
least, that's what he claims in his new single "Rap Life," which
dropped Thursday. The Los Angeles-based rapper spits an ode to trap
music, complete with linear synths and speaker-busting bass.
The track also features Baton Rouge legend Lil
Boosie, aka Boosie Badazz. In "Rap Life," the two discuss the
major influence that Gucci Mane, Young Jeezy and Bobby
Shmurda have had on the hip-hop community. "Boosie's a real
street poet," Solo says of his collaborator. "He made music
that motivated young'ns from the 'hood like me."
