KID BUU RELEASES NEW EP BLIND FOR LOVE2

In sync with Valentine’s Day, quickly rising and buzzed about LA based hip-hop artist Kid Buu releases his much-anticipated new EP BLIND FOR LOVE2.  Buu, who is one of 2019’s most promising new acts, has amassed over 150 million global streams to date.  He describes his previous release titled BLIND FOR LOVE as ‘Clickbait for the ears.’  Those previous releases, including his most popular tracks “Death to Soundcloud,” “poppa” and most recently “Momma,” served as attention-grabbers which assisted in organically boosting his followers and building a cult following.   Buu, who works closely with dynamic producer duo Oohdem Beatz and has partnered with artists like Ski Mask and Slump The God, deliberately chose not to feature any artists on this new project as he introduces a new and more serious sound. 

Blind For Love2 is loaded with colorful production inspired by Buu’s favorite genres of music which range from Hip-Hop, Rock, Pop, and R&B music.  The lyrics are often inspired by real life scenarios.  On the new EP, Buu who is a second-generation clone, says “Now that I’ve got your attention, I got more personal. Blind For Love 2 is no longer clickbait. It’s melodic. The lyrics are Rockstar shit, but I’m letting you know who I am.”  With more music coming this year, the six track EP, including his newest single “Misery Needs Company” which premiered last night on Sirius XM’s Hip-Hop Nation, is the perfect kick starter to show that Buu is certainly one of 2019’s artists to watch.
