 Scarborough Town Centre Presents Show The Love with Durothethird & Deputy Mayor Thompson

 On February 8, Scarborough Town Centre hosted Show The Love in commemoration of February, the month of love, and Scarborough pride. The event featured the unveiling of the Scarborough Royalty mural by renowned local artist Durothethird, Meet & Greet with Deputy Mayor Thompson and retail activations by Scaddabush, Lindt, LCBO, Laura Secord and DAVIDsTEA.

Show The Love opened with remarks from Lisa Resnic, Marketing Manager, Scarborough Town Centre and Deputy Mayor Thompson on the local community and their collective commitment to bring people together. Durothethird was also welcomed afterwards to showcase his collaborative mural with STC and spoke about his art career beginnings in Scarborough. Visitors had the opportunity to purchase exclusive Durothethird merchandise and prints at the event, with a portion of proceeds donated to WIRES Wildlife Rescue’s initiatives for the Australian fires.
