“Serious” is the story of someone who is too caught up in their feelings. They need to chill out and enjoy the moment.

The song is inspired by my love for 80s funk and boogie music, captivating a celebratory feeling. 

It was produced by Brkthbeat. Our recording process was simple. We caught a vibe and just went for it solely using vintage gear, including the Roland Juno-106, TR-909 drum machine, and SH-101 synth.

This song is about dancing, celebrating, and being in a moment that isn’t so “serious.”
