GARZI's “Sick Of Me” (with Blink-182's Travis Barker) Out NOW Via Big Noise

Buzzing Miami artist GARZI announces the upcoming release of his Stuck In The Middle EP and drops new single “SICK OF ME” (with Travis Barker). The track is a stellar example of GARZI’s approach, which he describes as “throwing up my emotions on the track”. Lyrically he wrenches out lyrics that unveil a relationship in crisis. A relationship between two people, as much as his relationship with himself. Between the words sits a soundscape of the influences and experimentation that the young artist has explored throughout his career so far. Emo reflection, pop hooks, rap defiance, and punk grit all find their way to the front. Then, of course, the contribution of rock legend Travis Barker (Blink-182, Transplants, Machine Gun Kelly) on drums brings stadium-singalong energy to create what might be GARZI’s most accomplished effort yet.

The collaboration with Barker came after GARZI caught the ear of Goldfinger frontman/multi-platinum producer/Big Noise founder John Feldmann. The two found that they were “kindred sonic spirits” and Feldmann soon insisted that Barker come by their recording sessions. GARZI explains “It was crazy to have Travis drumming on the song because Blink 182 has been one of my inspirations since childhood… “We figured out a really dope sound. I have faith that the music is really sick.”
