While the song, released two weeks ago, wasn’t supposed to have a music video, A.CHAL felt inspired by a recent trip to NYC, and used the footage he shot to put together a lo-fi visual that aligns perfectly with the song, its meaning, and its purpose. In it, we see real and raw moments of introspection, combined with trippy imagery that altogether perfectly captures A.CHAL’s essence.

“TAPPD’N” once again proves A.CHAL’s range, by delivering a fresh R&B, Hip Hop, and alternative mix with a toned-down, acoustic ending that creates a bit of a shock factor but really lets his message sink in.

“Shit took some time but now I'm aligned with everything I thought I'd be // Had to let go had to let go // Saw what they wanted from me // I'm in control when I'm outta control // Baby u know how I wanna be” A.CHAL raps with passion before coming to the realization that he’s finally tapping into his true self in the chorus of the song.
