Taraji P. Henson, Mario & Melanie Fiona to Join Violence Survivors

Amidst the national reckoning on violence, race, and safety --- Taraji P. Henson and Mario are joining the 46,000-member Crime Survivors for Safety and Justice network tomorrow at 1 PM EDT / 10 AM PDT for a conversation on violence, mental health, and healing.

The conversation will be part of the annual #SurvivorsSpeak conference hosted by Crime Survivors for Safety and Justice, a national network of diverse victims joining together to create healing communities and shape public policy to ensure real safety for all people.

The two-hour event will feature a musical performance from Melanie Fiona. Black, Brown, and other underserved violence survivors from across the country will also share their stories, and together will launch a National Crime Victims' Agenda calling for 10 policy changes that Congress and states should make to finally prioritize the needs of underserved victims of crime and violence.
