A firm (Rockridgelaw) is leading a case in Nashville that involves an African-American small Nashville business owner whose trademark, Sicko, Inc., is being infringed and brand exploited by several notorious Instagram celebrities, as well as reputable musicians such as Drake, Kanye West, and Lil Yachty in his recent music video "Cortex." you can watch below.

The story was first covered in New York's The Fashion Law, but hasn't received any coverage in Toronto.

Ian Connor launched the infringing Sicko brand in 2018. Since then, he has exploited sex, violence, and even terrorism, to build his brand. He has also ruthlessly appropriated the Islamic culture through the infringing Sicko brand. Ian somehow escaped the #MeToo movement despite having 33 and counting rape allegations against him, this case can't slip through the cracks.
