Producer French Braids Drops Chill Track "Shady"

French Braids is the electronic artist moniker of producer, songwriter, engineer, and multi-instrumentalist Sean Fischer. With a variety of accolades under his belt, including a Gold-certified record in Canada as a producer/songwriter on Jazz Cartier's single "Tempted," the classically trained jazz musician turned producer is now taking a major career leap forward and stepping into the spotlight on his forthcoming sophomore EP signed to Canada's Sadboy Records + dance/electronic behemoth Armada Music (ROW).

Brand new single, "Shady," captures the vintage, nostalgic mood of bossa nova, but with the production and blissful chill-out vibes of contemporary music. Having always wanted to move away from up-tempo club bangers to a more chilled out, alternative sound, and with the pandemic forcing so many places to close, French Braids felt like now was the perfect time for "Shady."
