RISING BEDROOM PRODUCER RUDYRELEASES NEW SINGLE ‘LOVE SEX MAGIC’

Meet RUDY — a producer, multi-instrumentalist and pop’s brightest new star from an alternate universe. In a world of alternative pop-stars, RUDY is about as alternative as it gets. The lilac and eccentric voodoo doll character has already caused a stir with dance-floor tracks like frenetic Fuse ODG hookup ‘African Lady (Antenna)’ and Nina Sky’s 2004 hit single ‘Move Ya Body’ (which saw RUDY’s official music video make a TV debut on Club MTV’s Big 20 Chart). Despite being a multi-talented entity in their own right, RUDY’s been collaborating particularly closely with Brit-nominated, Berlin-based rising artist Jonasu, whose Platinum-selling single ‘Black Magic’ became a Brit-Award nominated and Top 5 chart selling hit, and whose production credits include Tiesto, Martin Jensen and JC Stewart.

 

Despite being a digital native, RUDY is now back in the physical realm set to release their new single ‘Love Sex Magic,’ an upbeat modern dance take of 2009 Top 5 UK Gold-certified single ‘Love Sex Magic’ by Justin Timberlake and Ciara, set to ignite dance floors across the globe. “Oh boy, all my friends know, I have had a major crush on Ciara ever since I saw the music video of Love Sex Magic!” says RUDY. “I searched for years to get my hands on an acapella and I was so happy when I finally found it on reddit last year. I played this version at my first DJ gig and wow the crowd went crazy. Hope my mum doesn't find out I’ve been sneaking out for all those club nights at the Red Cow…”

 

With sights set on 2022 and a lot more music to come throughout the year, RUDY is a name you’ll be hearing a lot more in the very near future.
