Lucy Hale celebrated the official launch of Townhouse Beverly Hills alongside founder Juanita Hubet-Millet last night at the nail salon’s first ever U.S. location. Guests admired the stunning UK-based nail salon’s Beverly Hills location with cocktails, light bites and activations.
