A new study that was released late last week titled “Use of mobile
phones and risk of brain tumors: update of Danish cohort study,” in the
British Medical Journal, claims “to show no link between mobile phone
use and tumors.” However, experts from the U.K., United States, Austria,
Sweden and Australia, claim that the study is seriously flawed.
Essentially, they are saying that the study did not follow enough
participants in order to receive proper data on such a “relatively rare
disease like brain tumors.” This seems to be an ever polarizing issue
around the world and opinions vary not only between layman but also
medical experts.
