Multi-Platinum Detroit rapper Kash Doll is finally releasing  "NWM" today, via MNRK Music Group.

 “NWM” is her much-anticipated follow-up to the fan-favorite anthem "Kash Kommandments." Where "Kash Kommandments" sets the rules for moving through life on her own terms, "NWM" expounds on kommandment #5: “Money to the side, don’t let no n*gga leave you dry,” addressing the topic of when men use money as leverage to disrespect women, which opens the door for conversation about relationships and financial abuse, a point that Kash Doll talked about in a recent Instagram post (click here)

Kash Doll flips a phrase usually aimed at men and claims it for herself, but the hook turns that dynamic on its head. She is not one to be controlled or owned. She’s the one signing the checks. Period!

Verse by verse, "NWM" peels back layers of manipulation of being reduced to a bank account, the isolation of being kept, and finally the realization that she was running the show the whole time.
